PEAK - VICTORIA

This project required the supply and installation TRAFC Enviro steel encapsulated panels to match the existing flooring system, where existing flooring finishes and partitions have been removed, including the clean the existing panels to create a suitable level surface for a new floor finish.

This project required the supply and installation of a TRAFC Enviro raised access flooring system to include for panels already taken up within the building. Supply and install cavity barriers, below the raised access floor, to supply and install damp proof membrane to the subfloor and to also install acoustic pads below and above the pedestals to allow for additional sound absorption.

UNIVERSITY of LIVERPOOL

The University of Liverpool in London offers a range of opportunities to maximise students’ professional impact and has excellent links to the professions and industry. This project required RAFC to modify the existing raised access floor system over 7 floors which ranged from adaptations to the internal partition layouts to working with complex underfloor services to ensure there were no clashes with the raised access floor pedestal grid and ductwork/fan coil units etc. within the floor void.

ILONA ROSE HOUSE

This project required the supply and installation of a new Knauf Gifa raised access floor system supported on steel pedestals to Ilona Rose House, core corridor and toilet areas over multiple floors and basement shower spaces, including to supply and install damp proof membrane to wet areas.

PUTTSHACK - BANK

This project required the supply and installation of a new raised access floor system to support the new layout of indoor crazy golf location at Bank Station. The holes were specially made and the raised access floor was cut around each of these holes for a seamless design. RAFC supplied and installed 2100m2 of a new TRAFC 600x600x31mm fully steel encapsulated high strength chipboard core raised access floor system on adjustable steel pedestals.

CITY NORTH

The works carried out at Finsbury Park consisted RAFC supplying and installing a new TRAFC steel encapsulated raised access flooring system supported on steel pedestals fixed to the sub floor with adhesive.

The new floor was required in 3 new buildings covering a total of 3,500 m2.

BRITISH COUNCIL HQ

  • Project Value: £400,000
The British Council have taken possession of a newly built property over at Stratford near the Olympic stadium. This project required RAFC to install a brand new raised access flooring system to the ground, first and second floors and carry out all the modifications required to the client’s needs, with new floor finishes and adaptations to the internal partition layouts to work with the complex underfloor services.

LINA STORES

Lina Stores were opening a new branch of their restaurant over at Kings Cross and had a clear design to complete their brand. The floor required multiple levels and steps to create their bar and booth areas

RAFC installed our Enviro raised flooring system ready for ply and tiled finishes to be installed over.
